1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MT6 Trade ("the Platform," "we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MT6 Trade. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• Not be on any sanctions list or prohibited from using financial services
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration

To access trading features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Each account is for individual use only. Accounts cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to third parties.

4. KYC Verification

As a regulated platform, we require all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification:

• Submit valid government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
• Provide proof of address (utility bill, bank statement within 3 months)
• Complete identity verification within 14 days of registration
• Accept that withdrawal limits may apply until KYC is completed

We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to reject verification at our discretion.

5. Trading Rules

All trading activities are subject to the following rules:

• All trades are final and cannot be reversed once executed
• You must have sufficient funds in your account to place trades
• Trading results are determined by market conditions at the time of trade
• We do not provide investment advice or trading recommendations
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes
• Minimum and maximum trade amounts may apply per trading instrument
• Trade durations are set at the time of trade execution
• Price manipulation or abusive trading practices are strictly prohibited

6. Deposits

Deposit terms and conditions:

• Deposits are processed within 1x24 hours on business days
• Minimum deposit amount: $10 USD (or equivalent)
• We accept deposits via bank transfer, e-wallet, and cryptocurrency
• Deposit methods may vary by region and are subject to availability
• Deposit fees may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation
• You must deposit from accounts registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms and conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: $10 USD (or equivalent)
• Withdrawal processing time: 1-2 business days
• Withdrawal fees: 2% admin fee applies to all withdrawals
• Withdrawals can only be made to verified bank accounts in your name
• KYC verification must be completed before first withdrawal
• Credit score must be at least 100 points for withdrawals
• We may require additional verification for large withdrawals
• Withdrawal limits may apply based on account verification level

8. Fees & Charges

The following fees may apply:

• Trading Fees: 0% - no trading commission
• Withdrawal Fee: 2% of withdrawal amount
• Deposit Fee: Varies by payment method (disclosed before confirmation)
• Inactivity Fee: $5/month after 6 months of inactivity

We reserve the right to modify fees with 14 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Credit Score System

The Credit Score system helps evaluate user reliability:

• New users start with 100 credit points
• Points increase with successful trading activity and timely deposits
• Points decrease for rule violations, chargebacks, or suspicious activity
• Minimum 100 points required for withdrawals
• Accounts with 0 points may be suspended or terminated
• Credit score can be viewed in your account dashboard

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or algorithmic trading without written permission
• Market manipulation, wash trading, or artificial price inflation
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activities
• Multiple accounts or account sharing
• Exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities
• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Spreading false information about the Platform
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law

11. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies and commodities involves substantial risk:

• You may lose all or more than your initial investment
• Prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Market disruptions may affect order execution
• Leverage can amplify both gains and losses
• We do not guarantee profits or provide financial advice
• You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose
• Consider seeking independent financial advice before trading

By using our Platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Suspicious or illegal activity
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Excessive chargebacks or payment disputes
• Extended inactivity (12+ months with zero balance)

Upon termination, all open positions will be closed. Funds will be returned after deduction of applicable fees and verification.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses due to market volatility, system failures, or force majeure
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform
• Third-party service providers are subject to their own terms and limitations

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• First, attempt to resolve informally by contacting support
• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration
• Arbitration shall be conducted in English in New York, USA
• Class action lawsuits are not permitted
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically:

• Notice will be provided via email or platform notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Significant changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance
• You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes
